01What is covered
These terms apply to hosting we supply or arrange for you. The resources, limits and price for a plan are those stated in your order. We do not publish plan specifications on the website unless they come from the hosting provider.
02Provisioning
A hosting service is set up after payment is received and the order is confirmed. The status of your service is shown in your account.
03Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content and applications you run, for keeping software up to date, for your passwords, and for keeping your own copies of important data.
04Availability and maintenance
We aim to keep hosting available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and events outside our control, including provider or network faults, can cause downtime. Any availability commitment applies only if it is stated in your order.
05Backups
Backups are available only where your plan states so. Even then you should keep independent copies.
06Suspension and termination
We may suspend a service that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy, threatens security or has unpaid charges past their due date. Data may be deleted after termination in line with the period stated in your order.
07Renewal
A hosting service renews for the period stated in your order unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal prices are shown in advance.
