02Information we collect
Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, subject and message.
Account: first and last name, email address, optional phone number and a password, which we store only as a salted hash.
Orders and support: orders, invoices, payment records and support tickets connected to your account.
Domain searches: the name you search for is sent to our registrar integration to check availability.
Technical data: server logs record request method, path, status and timing. Logs are not designed to contain passwords, tokens or verification links.
03How we use it
To respond to enquiries; to create and secure your account; to deliver and bill for services; to provide support; to send service emails such as verification and password reset messages; and to keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
04Who receives it
Service providers that help us operate: an email service to send account messages, a registrar to check domain availability and, when you buy them, to register domains, and payment and hosting providers when those are connected. They receive only what is needed for their part of the service.
We may disclose information where the law requires it.
05Retention
We keep enquiries and account records while they are needed for the purpose collected and for record-keeping and legal obligations. Expired verification and reset tokens are deleted automatically. Financial records may be kept for as long as accounting obligations require.
06Security
Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies; passwords are hashed; access to customer records is checked on the server for every request. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to a use of it, by writing to support@aqviroxtechnologies.site. Some records, such as invoices, may need to be kept. See the Cookie Policy for cookie choices.
08Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date it last changed.
