These terms apply to your use of the website at aqviroxtechnologies.site and to services supplied by AQVIROX TECHNOLOGIES ("AQVIROX", "we", "us"). Specific services are also covered by the policies listed on the Legal page, including the Service Terms, Hosting Terms, Domain Registration Terms and Payment Terms. If a written agreement for your project says something different, that agreement applies to the project.
02Using the website
You agree to use the website lawfully. You must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses without written permission, or use automated means to overload it.
Information on the website is general. It is not an offer capable of acceptance; an order or project is formed only as described in the Service Terms and Payment Terms.
03Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend an account that appears to be compromised or used in breach of these terms.
Your email address must be verified before you can sign in.
04Services and availability
Some capabilities described on this website are in development. Where a feature is not available, the website says so. We do not describe an unavailable feature as available, and we may change or withdraw features with reasonable notice where practicable.
05Intellectual property
The website, its design and the AQVIROX name and marks belong to us or our licensors. Ownership of project deliverables is set out in the agreement for each project. See the Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.
06Third-party services
Domain registries, registrars, payment providers, hosting providers and email services are operated by third parties. Their terms apply to the parts of a service they provide, and we are not responsible for their acts outside our reasonable control.
07Limits of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, and our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
08Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan unless your written agreement provides otherwise.
